Q: How to book with us.
A: We have a simple process of booking, simply enquiry with a date in mind, having checked our calendar and pricing pages. We will then e-mail you or phone if you prefer to discuss the availability of our home. Q: Why do we require a deposit to secure.
A: We if available require a £100 deposit to secure the booking, We do this for two reasons. In the first instance, it is to form our contract with you and secure your stay with us. Secondly it is to deter mischief makers from spoiling booking availability for others. Q: Can I pay by Cheque or Bank Transfer?
A: Yes if you are a UK resident, and allow sufficient time for the cheque to clear, our usual 30 day terms would be 60 days in advance if paying by Cheque. Q: What happens next after I have paid my deposit?
A: We then ask our management company to book you into our home, this will ensure all the correct processes are carried out before you arrive, cleaning, laundering, home key codes etc, and we then provide you with a receipt for your records. Q: So now all the deposits have been sent, and you have provided my receipt, what next?
A: We then provide you with all the details related to your stay with us in a reply to the original e-mail, and remind you that balances are due 30 days prior to your stay with us. Q: Is there a welcome pack?
A: We provide at no additional cost, a basic welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, dishwasher tablet, and sundries to help you get started, other welcome packs can be available, at a very small charge, for example if you wished to have a bottle of chilled wine waiting for you, this would be £6/$10 additional. Q: Are there any restaurants close by?
A: There are plenty of places to eat at, and for all budgets. We have our own guide built up over the past couple of years, and will send this to you when you have paid the deposit. Q: What facilities does the house have?
A: There is a modern fitted kitchen, with just about any appliance you could wish for, Cooker, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer, Coffee machine, Blender, all plates pots Pans and cutlery.

A: We don't keep a BBQ due to keeping them cleaned, we do however offer the opportunity to rent one from $65 for 5 days, and $5/day thereafter, bought and collected to your door.
Q: Do you have anywhere secure for my passport or documents.?
A: The resort itself is secured by gated entry, there is a security presence on the gate, and key codes for access out of hours. Key codes are also used to access your holiday home, these are more secure than keys, as duplicates cannot be cut. We also have in the house a small A4 size safe, code provided on booking. Q: How do you get to your holiday home
A: Getting to the Encantada resort and your holiday home is easy, we have provided links from the main Airports to us, just ask google to plan a route, or if you wish we do supply a TomTom Sat Nav, you only need to pay for insured recorded return delivery Q: Who can I use to fly there, I'm flying from the UK?
A: You could fly into Sandford with Thompsons, or Monarch. Orlando MCO with Virgin airlines, and BA or Tampa with British Airways. Q: What's the car hire like?
A: We suggest paying for the fuel and return empty as it saves around 20cents on the gallon; factor in the toll roads, and hire there from Thrifty or Dollar. These usually offer the better value, try booking over the Net before you go as well.
Car hire for a week booked in advance with a medium sized 2/4 door car and including tolls and fuel came to about $180 for the week, out of the main season. It can be around $230 in the Summer. The most expensive we have hired was a Nissan Murano SUV 3.6l V6 @ $650 for 2 weeks including all fuel. Q: Are the Tolls expensive?
A: Tolls are on the major roads and can run from .75 to $2.00 for a normal 4 door car, other sizes are charged per extra axle. Budget for $15/week if travelling frequently. Otherwise if you know the way, or ask the Sat Nav to plan excluding Toll roads, $5-$10 should suffice. Be mindful that some Toll roads are now cash less these are starting in Miami 2012 was last modified on February 24th 2012
